Just reclaim ownership of the untamed parent directory, instead of sudo-ing every single time.

Case matters in Unix. So if you don’t know who you are :D, don’t panic and find out with:

$ whoami

Then reclaim dir with:

$ sudo chown -R your-username-here dir
